What do you produce at Barking Irons Roastery, and what products do you offer?

At Barking Irons Roastery, we offer ground or whole coffee beans in 1-pound or half-pound bags. We also offer our coffee truck and trailer, available to book for your event with us serving you!

What do you or your company stand for? 

Our company stands for faith, family, perseverance and hard work. We aim to have an outstanding product of the very best quality. 

What’s the story behind it all? 

The short version of our story - our youngest of three sons (Charles) did not want to pursue a job in the family business of landscape design. He often asked about coffee and what it took to roast it. The two oldest boys wanted to take over the family business of landscape design. So, that left us to pursue the dream of our youngest son and research coffee. This was a challenge in the middle of the pandemic, but we did it, and it has brought us to where we are today.

How do you feel about the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley and supporting local businesses?

We feel the Lower Mainland is a great spot to start a business and rely on the support of wonderful local customers. 

What does the future have in store?

We are excited for the future of Barking Irons Roastery! We have exciting things on the horizon and look forward to sharing them with you!

How has your relationship with your customers evolved over the years?

We have grown a great, loyal friendship with our customers. We love that they are always asking where the following location of our coffee truck and coffee trailer will be. We continue to do our very best to serve them from wherever we can!
